There are different reasons why they came up with a unique industry as being the best for different reasons. First of all having your own business is great as you are in control over your income and you can grow it as much as you like. Fact is though, that if you are working as self-employed in most professions you are only earning as long as you are working. Which means your income depends on your health and ability to do the work required. This will not change until you build up a company and have so many people employed and working for you that you can go on holiday and te business is still running whichmeans you will get an income whether you are there or not.

Now this is obviously the ideal case in business. You have people working for you and earning you enough money to do whatever you would like to do.

Everybody would agree to that, yet just a few people are able to do it. Why? It takes a long time financial investments and 100% time commitment to build it up. This means a lot of headache at least in the beginning.

The best business opportunity in the world leans exactly on those principles but makes it much easier. Network Marketing is an industry you can achieve as much success as in traditional industries without the big financial commitment and risk.

Network Marketing means, marketing through a network of people. It is an industry where you don’t have to employ anyone but you still achieve time leverage through affiliates. It is based on the work of mouth marketing a bit like if you go to the cinema to watch a movie. After that you recommend the movie to a friend and the cinema owner would give you a small percentage of the entrance fee. In Network Marketing you test and use products of a company, fall in love with them and then recommend it to your friends and family. This way you will get a commission on the product and start earning an income.

To achieve time leverage you ask your friends if they would like to earn some extra income and start building a team. In most companies every affiliate will get the products directly and get also paid directly from the companies head office which means there is no extra paper work you have to do.

There is a simple job description which starts with: Use the Products, Share the Products, Build a Team, and Coach them to do the same. That’s it.

Night elves were the first creatures in the world of warcraft. They are not a friendly creature. Druids also are able to use the forces of nature against their enemies. This includes being able to summon insects and using the energy in nature. Druids can also shape shift and change themselves into a variety of animals including bears, cats, and sea lions.

Hunter

One of the best attributes of a hunter is the fact that they travel with a pet that helps them inflict damage on the enemy. Hunters are great marksmen from a distance. This allows them to kill from a distance. They are also very good at tracking down enemies and laying traps.

Priest

A Priest can fulfill many roles. They are very powerful characters. They are able to heal injured allies and even resurrect them from the dead. Although they have great healing powers, Priests are also able to cause a great deal of damage to their enemies by using holy light or powers of shadow.

Rogue

Rogues are great at hiding and moving in the shadows so that they can move around unseen. Because of this ability, Rogues are great assassins. They are able to attack without being seen beforehand and they are able to leave the scene of a battle without being noticed. Rogues are also capable of poisoning, opening locks, and disarming traps.

Warrior

Warriors are very strong and powerful. They gain strength from their anger. They are equally great at attacking and defending. They are built to battle multiple enemies at one time because they gain strength with every blow they deal and that they take.

Darnassus is a beautiful city that is built around a series of lakes. The city is perfect for the night elves because it is filled with nature. When you first become a night elf, you will have the opportunity to become a stronger player by first going through the newbie areas. These are areas that have low level creatures and low level quests. The newbie area will allow your night elf to gain valuable experience.

World of Warcraft has these training grounds so that you can learn how to play a new class and race without facing real danger. Once you grow up in levels you will want to leave darnassus and head to darkshore for some greater challenges and quests.

FACTOR #2: You must employ the concept of leverage. J. Paul Getty, who was one of the wealthiest people the world has ever known once said “I would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people than 100% of my own efforts.” He understood leverage. It’s about having a great business system and having people work for you.

In his Rich Dad Poor Dad book series, author Robert Kiyosaki points out that poor people work for money and rich people make their money work for them. This is yet another validation on the concept of leverage. If you want to be wealthy, you have to escape the trading time for money trap.

By the way, this holds true even for those with good jobs, and those that own their own businesses! Many doctors, lawyers and other professionals are still trading hours for pay and missing out completely on leverage.

And many owners of traditional businesses (retail stores, restaurants, jewelry stores, hair salons, etc) are still trapped trading time for money. Ask many of them and they will tell you they do not own the business the business owns them!

FACTOR #3: You must build residual income. Think about famous writers and musicians. They write a book or song once, but get paid every time a book is sold or their song gets played on the radio. They do the job once, but get paid continuously into the future.

Residual income builds freedom because once you have established it, you get paid whether you work more or not! Once you build a solid foundation you can sit on a beach in Hawaii, or Tahiti, anywhere in the world and you still make money.

Ok..some of you do not. But a lot of us do as it was the rage at one time. Everyone had a honking big 8 track player.

But then…came the cassette. And that totally changed everything.

Nothing wrong with doing three ways, and in home meetings, and hotel meetings. They do work- but not as powerfully as they used to.

Things have changed.

You MUST start looking towards a social media presence as that is where people -who are looking for YOU- are located and it is growing bigger everyday.

The owners of this outfit were originally Ron and Georgia Lee Puryear. However ownership is now in the hands of other Amway Diamonds. This site operates in the United States and Korea.

World Wide Dream Builders or WWDB is ran by a Board of Directors. The structure of the management team for this organization is Ron Puryear and the top 20 Amway Executive Diamonds who manage and make business decisions. Every one of these top 20 men are either Executive Diamonds or are a Qualified Diamond with an extra Diamond Leg.

The World Wide Dream Builders or WWDB have different divisions that oversee the day to day operations. The main services they provide vary. The provide Professional Development Programs to Amway Global, formerly Quixtar IBO’s. The also provide eSolutions which are involved in developing software and web based services that keep IBO’s technology current. They have the Diamond Publications service which distributes self improvement books and related materials.

However these Diamond Teams still make collectively over a billion dollars of sales each year which is nothing to sneeze at.

Amway Global which is the main company being promoted by World Wide Dream Builders or WWDB has what they call a Stairstep Breakaway Plan. This type of MLM Compensation Plan tends to be highly weighted toward back end commissions. This means good sponsors tend to do much better than product pushers. So the mid and high level sponsors tend to do real well where the fresh fish tend to struggle more.

All in all, when making it in any MLM it’s not about the product its about the person and their love for the product. If they are passionate about the product and make a conscious effort to go out and learn the MLM Recruiting skills necessary for them to succeed, they will do it and make whatever income they want.

And no, Amway is no more saturated than McDonalds is which proves their is room for growth in any Network Marketing Organization. However 90% of Network Marketers forget it’s Network Marketing, not NOTwork Marketing. The new people Jeff and myself have seen sporting this concept in the ads we don’t see anywhere anymore. I wonder why?
